This is said to be a commemorative currency issued personally by the Watchmaker. Can only be used at the Clockie Statue.

A mysterious banknote, whose origin is unknown even to The Family. It features the classic image of Clockie on the front. This currency is prohibited for regular transactions in the Dreamscape world, and only a few people know its true purpose.
