Shadow-Stealing Spirit Vessel
Calls upon secret arts passed down through the Masters of the Night-Wind from generation to generation, performing up to three strikes that deal Cryo DMG.
Charged Attack
Enters Aiming Mode, and after Holding, consumes a certain amount of Stamina to call forth a Frost Star that deals Cryo DMG to opponents in its path.
Plunging Attack
Gathers the power of Cryo and plunges towards the ground from mid-air, damaging all opponents in her path. Deals Aoe Cryo DMG upon impact with the ground.

Dawnfrost Darkstar
The Opal Shield's DMG absorption scales based on Citlali's Elemental Mastery, and absorbs Cryo DMG with 250% efficiency. When it is deployed, it will cause Citlali to briefly be affected by Cryo.
After using this skill, Citlali gains 24 Nightsoul points and enters the Nightsoul's Blessing state.
Nightsoul's Blessing: Citlali
When Itzpapa leaves the field, Citlali exits the Nightsoul's Blessing state.
Itzpapa
·Itzpapa will follow the character.
·If Citlali has at least 50 Nightsoul points, Itzpapa enters the Opal Fire state and continuously consumes Nightsoul points to whip up a Frostfall Storm that follows the character and attacks opponents within its AoE, dealing Nightsoul-aligned Cryo DMG.
·When Citlali's Nightsoul points are fully depleted, Itzpapa's Opal Fire state also ends.
Usually, the wills that symbolize different stars cannot coexist, for how can purest black be reflected in purest white?
Be that as it may, Citlali has never harbored a particular preference for colors themselves, and that is just how things played out.

Edict of Entwined Splendor
"Ugh, enough of this 'dark star, opal star' stuff! Citlalin, Itzpapa, get 'em!"
Passive Talents

Mamaloaco's Frigid Rain

Itzpapalotl's Star Garments
In addition, when nearby party members trigger Nightsoul Bursts, Citlali regains 4 Nightsoul points.

Night Realm's Gift: Smoke, Mirrors, and the Flowing Winds
Holding Aiming Mode will cause Citlali to enter the "Spiritspeaker" state, which will allow her to interact with "Nightspirit Graffiti" and "Nightspirit Sigils," extracting information and power from them. The rules for interacting with these objects follow the same rules as those governing Iktomisaurus interactions.
Additionally, holding the jump button will cause Citlali to consume 75 Stamina and leap. In areas within Natlan where Phlogiston mechanics are present, Citlali will prioritize consuming 5 Phlogiston to leap to a height higher still.
When in the air, Citlali can Hold her Normal Attack to consume Phlogiston or Stamina and enter Aiming Mode and trigger Charged Attacks. When initiating Charged Attacks in mid-air, Citlali will prioritize consuming 20 Phlogiston.

Songs of Profound Mystery
This cannot take effect in Domains, Trounce Domains, or the Spiral Abyss.
Patina Anavatlaca
1Radiant Blades of Centzon Mimixcoah
After nearby party members trigger Frozen or Melt, Citlali will gain another 3 stacks of Stellar Blade. This effect can trigger once every 8s.

2Heart Devourer's Travail
Additionally, when the Elemental Skill Dawnfrost Darkstar is used, nearby active characters will also be granted an Opal Shield.
Also, the Ascension Talent "Mamaloaco's Frigid Rain" has its effects enhanced:
While Itzpapa is on the field, after nearby party members trigger Frozen or Melt, the opponent(s) affected by this reaction will have their Pyro and Hydro RES additionally decreased by 20% for 12s. You must first unlock the Ascension Talent "Mamaloaco's Frigid Rain" to gain access to the above effect.

6Teoiztac's Secret Pact
Additionally, when Dawnfrost Darkstar is used, Itzpapa will consume all Nightsoul points, and while it is on the field, it will continuously consume Nightsoul points. Each Nightsoul point consumed in this way will grant Citlali 1 "Cifra of the Secret Law" point.
A maximum of 40 such points can be gained, and each point Citlali possesses will grant all nearby party members a 1.5% Pyro and Hydro DMG Bonus, and increase the DMG Citlali deals by 2.5%.
When Itzpapa leaves the field, or upon using Citlali's Elemental Skill again, all "Cifra of the Secret Law" points she has will be removed.

Outfits
Dawnseer
DefaultCitlali's outfit. Shamans are seers, diviners of forgotten past and untold future. In their world, the eye holds a special symbolic meaning. This is why Citlali's robe, worn half-draped around her waist, is adorned with the "Eye of Revelation" — a pattern that encapsulates both its bearer's identity and her aesthetic tastes.
"Shamans" are practitioners of a mysterious craft who originate from the Masters of the Night-Wind. With many mystical abilities at their disposal, they are wise and powerful figures. In the eyes of the people of Natlan, whether one seeks medicine or wishes to decipher a cryptic prophecy, visiting a shaman is always the right choice. They can be both doctors and prophets, playing indispensable roles both in everyday life and in matters of far greater import. In short, theirs is a highly respected profession. Yet above the many shamans, there are "great shamans" in a league of their own. They say it is a title that only those who reach the very pinnacle of their mystical arts may earn — and indeed, throughout the entire history of Natlan, they have been few and far between. Their deeds shine forth like the brightest stars in the night sky, adding a touch of legend to the already unfathomable shamanistic mystique. Citlali is one such great shaman, and the only one in Natlan today. Yet contrary to what most might expect, you will not find her dealing with everyday matters, nor with major affairs, rarely even participating in events as significant as tribal ceremonies. For outsiders who seek the great shaman's assistance, navigating the many obstacles in their way may prove a greater challenge than traversing the many chasms of Natlan itself. "Looking for Granny Itztli? Best not disturb her! If you really must go, go prepared — and just so we're on the same page, don't go dragging me into it..." Thus would most members of the Masters of the Night Wind respond, as if Citlali were some formidable fiend, a monster of great menace and untold might. "The great shaman... Mwahaha, she's your only option, isn't she? Pfff, the Almighty Dragonlord doesn't have time for puny punks like you. But since you asked so nicely, I'll let you use my name when you knock. That way, she's bound to take your request seriously." A certain oddball entity and self-styled Dragonlord might respond as such, as if Citlali were some easily dealt with triviality. "Need Granny's help? You're looking for the right person if so — she knows everything about everything! Do you have her address? Actually, let me take you there myself! Oh, just so you know, when we get there, you'll have to keep knocking non-stop. Granny's kinda shy, so you have to be proactive, alright?" This is the kind of response you'd receive from a certain top-ranking guide from the People of the Springs, as if Citlali were no more than a bashful young girl. "Seeking help from Citlali? A wise choice indeed. Her assistance has been instrumental in the success of many of Natlan's most important affairs. I'm confident she'll know how to resolve your troubles too." That great leader, the keeper of the Sacred Flame herself, might say this, as if Citlali were the very epitome of a responsible and approachable elder. Ultimately, after much inquiry, those seeking her aid often end up feeling even more confused than when they first set out, left with no other choice but to give up their petition as a lost cause.
I am Citlali from the Masters of the Night-Wind. I have read the stars and seen the future through the obscuring smoke. You shall be blessed with good fortune and have the aid of powerful allies during your journey. Allow me to join you — Hey, I can be serious! Stop looking at me like that!
