Used as an Elemental Mastery stat stick when you already have another Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers user in the team, the extra Elemental Skill is useful for grouping enemies

2) Elemental Burst: Forbidden Creation - Isomer Type II
3) Normal Attack: Wind Spirit Creation

Sucrose only needs to be levelled up to 60/70 to unlock her Ascension 4 Passive. Her talent levels can also be ignored.
4p Instructor should only be used early game or if you can't swirl your DPS's element like in a Hu Tao team without a 2nd Pyro character.

When used with Xiao, her artifact choice doesn't matter as much, you only need to use R5 Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers.

Sacrificial Fragments
Elemental Mastery substat makes her swirls hit harder and Elemental Skill reset makes gives her more swirls.

Thirlling Tales of Dragon Slayers
Lowers Sucrose's personal damage but buffs your one of your teammates by 48% ATK.
Hakushin Ring
Gives Hydro and Electro DMG Bonus to your team when Sucrose triggers Electro-Charged, ER substat also helps with getting her burst up more often.
Magic Guide
Elemental Mastery stat stick, makes her swirl stronger.
